In interantional incidents people keep saying things like:


"I have

14th Tank Army - 620 tanks and 188 self-propelled assualt guns

15th Tank Army - 620 tanks and 188 self-propelled assualt guns

16th Tank Army - 620 tanks and 188 self-propelled assualt guns

1st Motorised Infantry Army - 250 tanks, and 10,000 fully motorised Infantry "

Do they just make all that up randomly or is there some sort of pattern/rules/ "how to" manual?

You just make it up, realistically.

There are calculators you can use to help.

People will also help you, or you can look at world militars that are close to your own size to get ideas.

There is also the role play university. Again don't have a link.
