I want custom flags, and considering the only arty thing I have is MS paint.. yeah. Can anyone link me to a site? The Dominion of Oorm welcomes ye into its bountiful wealth, even though ye be a heretic.

If you know Paint well and have a lot a patience you can make some good art on Paint.

except that Paint saves it in bitmap format, and I don't know how to make sure it's the exact pixel size...

Exact pixel size you can pick from the -Image > Attributes- menu.
For saving as a JPEG file, just go to -File > Save- and select "JPEG" from the drop-down menu for file type. I think you need Windows Me or Windows XP's paint.

Enter paint. Click on the 'file' pulldown menue. Click on the 'save as' option. Click on the place in the 'save as' box that pops up that specifies the BMP format and you will be confronted with a pull down menue full of file format choices including GIF and JPG.

I made my flag on Paint.

I wish I knew how to get rid of that damn blur I get when I save as a JPEG.
