What's wrong with cuss words? Just because a large group of people go, "Oh you can't say fuck. That's a bad word." Why is it a bad word? Probably because someone used it in a bad way. One person used it and it spread. Like a slang word. But then some said, "Don't say it anymore!" But people kept saying it.
Why? They were smart. They noticed that the word wasn't bad. It was just another word. Like jerk or dummy. But we can still say jerk or dummy. Why? The words both have the harsh 'KA' and 'DUH' sylables in them. So does fuck and shit. They have the 'FU', 'KUH', and 'IT'.

So where's the damn consistency!

Here on NS we cover fuck. Why? Because someone might be offended. How? Maybe they were beaten as a kid and their dad kept saying fuck over and over so they have some sort of flashback and they start crying. Well they could say lots of other things to like: fart, old, bush, kitties. But do we cover those up? No. Why? Because they aren't 'bad words'. Another reason is, "Because of the children." Children smildren. When I was in the 2nd grade I heard all of the cuss words. Children are a lot different than 50 years ago when you couldn't even say shit on television.

The children wouldn't really mind for that kind of language, they're just taught that its wrong by the generation before it, if we don'tr treat it like its wrong, it won't be. Besides, what is the point of bleeping something out or having to spell it differently if people still know that its there. Wouldn't that be just as insulting? Don't you understand? Because some people are sensitive about 'words' then we all must respect their completely irrational dislike of a series of vowels and constantants that are part of human expression and oral history. Pft, if someone gets offended by something, I usually make an extra special effort to say it, because they usually like to close their ears to the fact that the world is a really shite place where people swear. Sure, they can retreat behind their middle class curtains in their middle class suburbs and not think about it, but out there, life is tough.
