The NationState of NationStates is a huge, socially progressive nation. It's opinionated, server lagged population of 250 thousand are well-known for their abuse against newbies, to a point.

It is difficult to tell where the mod-ruled government rules and where the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Jolt, Law and Order, and Education. Citizens pay absolutely no taxes. And a powerhouse of a private sector is led by Jolt.

Citizens are enjoying a recent cut in server bandwidth. The government is choked on moving servers to Jolt. Forgeiners are treated with great suspicion. And Outcasts are treated with no respect. Crime is a major problem, thanks to a corrupt and biased mod-force. NationStates's national animal is the Max Barry, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread moderation. Currency is the UN endorsement.

I did that because we get to choose how our nation becomes and everything. This isnt a giant forum site, remember
