I laughed my ass off when I read this today.
A German couple who went to a fertility clinic after eight years of marriage have found out why they are still childless - they weren't having sex.
The University Clinic of Lubek said they had never heard of a case like it after examining the couple who went to see them last month for fertility tests.
Doctors subjected them to a series of examinations and found they were both apparently fertile, and should have had no trouble conceiving.
A clinic spokesman said: "When we asked them how often they had had sex, they looked blank, and said: "What do you mean?".

And as long as parents use this as an excuse to give up instead of placing all of this information in context for thier children (a power parents will always have over everything else) then kids will find there own, the Beaver Cleaver effect...

I had a friend (20 years old) who's the youngest of 9. She thinks her parents didn't have sex for the last 3 kids... yet none were in vitro. I didn't bother asking HOW she thought this could happen. I think it's the whole "if you sleep in the same bed with a member of the opposite sex, there WILL be temptation and you turn into this uncontrollable sex-beast, but you might not remember."
