Let's have an election for the #1 nation on nationstates. Here's how it'll work. Anyone needs to nominate a nation (other than themselves) who they feel deserves the title of #1 nation. After this topic gets at least 5 different nominees that were voted on by at least 3 people, I will start a new topic. The new topic will have all the nations that were nominated by at least 3 people. Then everyone will need to vote for who they feel is the #1 nation on that new thread. The voting on that will continue until that gets pushed down to the 5th page. Then on that same topic I will declare the winner with the most votes. There is no prize except for the satisfaction of winning. Please don't nominate yourself with another nation that you own. That would defete the purpose. Let the nominations begin!!!

Sorry about not making this clear earlier. We are nominating for the #1 nation based on the posts in the General Forum. And even though there are a lot of nations, I expect this will go fairly quick since there are only a few really good General Posters.
