Smoking weed isn't good for your body you know, and I presume you know that. However, I've seen weed and it is green laced with brown streaks and is in a small round ball, well a flat ball, can you tell me what it's called?

I really have no clue whats different but i think that there are differtent kinds of things in it.like if you smell them they all smell different.

Differences in weed invlove texture, taste of the smoke, levels of THC (the main psychoactive chemicle in weed). Good weed has alot of THC in it in other words. Male plants dont produce THC. The type of weed has nothing to do with any extra things besides THC that mess you up, it just determines the levels of them.

I've done some before, don't think I ever will again. One of the two times I've ever smoked it, me and my buddies managed to get our hands on some high-grade chronic. That was bad. Don't smoke kids!

glad to see the majority of us are making and plan on making healthy choices. The stuff is bad for you; effects breathing/lungs and the brain I haven't tried it and never will. I've had/have friends even family who used/use and I'm fine with that its there business as long as they don't force it on me and respect my not using it and not wanting it in my room or home.

IT does have a nasty smell but I assume like smoking you;d get used to it or grow to like the smell. I don;t mind the smell of smoke anymore from being around it. Yeah the only pot I've been around or seen was the greenish brown kind. the folks I know who were using it (parents believe it or not) were getting it from a nurse! :roll:

I have smoked pot a few times but I personally don't like it. My housemates and girlfriend do though so I just sip my beer/wine/liquor while they stone and enjoy their company.

What if I were to say I don't like paying out my taxes so people who eat steak/ drink/ drive motorbikes can get free healthcare on the NHS? It's a dangerous activity, but people enjoy it.

I think the difference lies between doing something responsibly and doing it dangerously.

Smoking one joint won't hurt the system. Overdosing on cocaine, meth or heroin, then you're asking for trouble AND you're putting a strain on the system. Hell, you put a strain on the system if you have sex! How? Even if you're married (and having sexual relations for the first time), you COULD catch an STD....

Hell, there are other things that you get treatment for! There are cancerous agents and high-levels of mercury found in some of the fish we eat. Better add fish next to the steak. Or, what about bikes...? You're taking an equal risk because of the stupid drivers on the rode. The same goes for walking and driving...

Hell, everything we do, except for those involuntary diseases we get because our bodies feel the need to randomly shut down and begin the process of the natural selection, puts a strain on the system and forces you to pay whether you want to or not...

I don't think I should pay for people's heart/cholesterol/diet medicine because they ate too much over their lives. People have a responsibility to be responsible to themselves. If someone drinks so much alcohol to the point of nearly destroying their liver, they shouldn't be first in line to get a replacement.

As for someone riding bikes, its a bit different there. A lot of the time, someone riding a bike isn't going to go smashing into a car, it'll most likely be the fault of people on both sides of the accident. If your talking about someone who deliberately gets in an accident, to say commit insurance fraud, then no, they shouldn't be payed $$$ either.

I don't smoke dope, but many of my friends do, so I don't really have a problem with it. Certainly not enough of a problem to make an anecdote up to support my theory just to try and convince a bunch of people I don't know that dope is the work of the devil.
