Oh that's easy....Randi Rhodes is by far my favorite of those currently having a national audience. Mike Malloy is by far the best but he's no longer national. Thom Hartman is pretty good.

I like to listen to Howard Stern.

I've never heard Larry Elder on the radio, however, I have read his book The Ten Things You Can't Say In America.

Ronn Owens, but he is local. Actually the only talk radio I listen to on a regular basis is local. Though I do occassionaly catch Air America when a freind of mine comes online and invariably begins to chat about it.

I really do not know. What I do not is that even though I hate Hannity, I like his humor.

The problem with most all of these people is that they are to far to one extreme or another, and it is not done for the betterment of the US, or to educate the American people, it is done to cash in on the fact that politics has just become another form of entertainment and sports for the American people. They are the pro-wrestlers of this new, and degraded age of American politics.

Because one as a human can tell when another raises an 'opinion'. Opinion is a form of spin. Besides, conservatism is rank in his arguments....

Hannity was deliberately trying to trumpet the effectiveness of school vouchers by touting this very district, and this very book..AS IF THE DISTRICT HAD INDEED USED SCHOOL VOUCHERS.

Abortion is a multi-million dollar industry you know, they're not just doing it so "poor oppressed women can have reproductive choices". What is the legal definition of being alive in the U.S.? Brain activity and a heartbeat, both of which are detectable between the first and second months of pregnancy.

What i'm trying to say is... information is subjective, whether or not something is true in my eyes or your eyes is a matter of chance. If my side lies, so does yours. If mine is honest, so is yours. So, you can be a liar fighting liars, or an honest man fighting other honest men, which do you prefer?

This is not to say that Liberals DONT lie openly.....of course they do.
Simply put, more Conservative public figures, can be proven to be liars.

Who can really say why this is..but its true.

Conservative lies are just easier to point out, as oppossed to having to resort to personal opinion to validate who's lying.

No..Hes a registered Republican.

as opposed to a person saying "Ive never killed a baby"...after getting an abortion.

Big difference, but the latter is subject to opinion, while the other is not.

The only connection between Iraq and al Qaeda before the war was the existence of Ansar al Islam in the northern no fly zone, outside the control of Saddam Hussein. The US had no fewer than 3 opportunities to take out the leader of Ansar al Islam and yet refused. Why? Because having him there bolstered the weak case for war in Iraq.

Now remember--there was no connection between Hussein's Iraq and al Qaeda. There was only the existence of a group in a part of Iraq that the US controlled and that the US refused to do anything about while it had the chance.

And now, apparently, this group has committed an atrocious act in the beheading of a US citizen. (I say apparently because there's a conspiracy theory out and about now that may or may not have made it here yet. I tend to discount it, but it's out there nonetheless.)

But the overall point is this: whatever connection exists currently between al Qaeda and Iraq exists only because the Bush administration allowed it. They had the chance to keep Ansar al Islam isolated or even to wipe it out, and yet refused because they wanted to use a bogus connection as "evidence" for war. And now it's biting them in the ass.
