For my two countries-

Anglo-Scandinavia: "Mundi non Sufficit" which is (probably ungramattical) latin and translates as "The World is not Enough"

Sanjaypur: "Ceþegrande is a fis, þe moste þæt in water is". This is Middle English and comes from "The Whale". It translates as follows: The whale (Cethegrande) is a fish (fis), the greatest (moste) that (þæt) is in water.

Actually, it's a derivative of a line Cobra Commander delivered in the GI Joe series. "Morons! I have morons on my payroll!"

They said it in "Head of State" and I thought it was funny and would make a good motto.
