See topic title.
For me, it's either BASEketball or Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail. Probably BASEketball, but only because I play that with my friends.
...and no, I have never squirted milk.

Kung Pow: Enter the Fist. For anyone who loves terribly dubbed martial arts flicks, this is just hilarity on a stick, dipped in butter, and deep fried.

Tough call between "This is Spinal Tap" and "There's Something About Mary." I nearly died of laughter-induced asphyxiation from both of them.

From the more recent movies, I'd have to say Galaxy Quest because I'm a sci-fi fan and that movie parodies everything about sci-fi in the best possible way.
I also like an old Katherine Hepburn movie called The Philadelphia Story. They don't make 'em like that anymore...

The funniest recent film I've seen is "Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter." Don't check your eyes, you read that right. It's "The Greatest Story Ever Told" meets "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", complete with lesbians, song and dance routines, kung fu fighting, and some of the best slogans I've seen in a long time (my favorite: "The Power of Christ Impales You!"). One of my favorite parts was when he blessed a beer and melted a vamp by spitting it on him  .

i found The Ring to be hilarious.
Same here, except my friends think I'm trying to hide the fact I was scared. I try to explain to them that a chair spinning is not scary, but they don't listen.

I was in a discount store the other day and saw that they had cheap DVD's. I cracked up when i saw some of them, and eventually bought one called "Blood Hands".
OMG. I nearly died laughing. The most shit movie I have ever seen. And not to mention the title. ROFLMAO
Yeah the Ring cracked me up too. Reminded me of those Friday the 13th movies in the "Horror" factor. Hehe :)
Blazing Saddles, History of the World: Part One, and Young Frankenstein are my favorites.
Huzzah for Mel Brooks!

I couldn't pick a single movie, but here's a few that have tickled my funny bone:
Robin Hood: Men In Tights (need I even put a quote here?)
Shrek ("Ogres are like onions..")
The Goonies ("Slick shoes!!")
Clue ("I'M NOT SHOUTING... ALRIGHT I AM!")
Chubby Brown's UFO: The Movie ("Who's the split-arse now?")
Analyze This ("Are you saying I want to f*ck my mother?")
Coming To America ("FREEZE you diseased rhinocerous pizzle!")
Johnny English ("Agent 1 dead: Sub hatch failed to open")
And anything with Jay and Silent Bob in it.

"Help!" with the Beatles is one of the funniest movies I've seen.
1. Princes's Bride - Look out for the six fingered man!
2. Blazing Saddles - "Candygram for Mungo, Candygram for Mungo!"
3. Ferris Buellers Day Off - Save Ferris!
4. Idle Hands - Dead teenagers too lazy to go towards the light!
5. Airplane - I guess I chose the wrong day to give up smoking/sniffing glue/drinking etc
And I really want to see Shaun of the Dead! But how do I persuade the wife??
Laughter is definetely the best medicine.

Harold and Maude.
Starring Bud Cort
Cool Cat Stevens soundtrack too
Check it out.
I haven't had the pleasure of watching it yet but I've been told that "The Man with Two Brains" is very funny.
Perhaps one of the funniest films I've seen is Peter Seller's "The Party". I also agree with "Kung Pow" being one of the funniest films, however I believe you would have to be a fan of martial art flicks to really appreciate the humor.
I'm suprised that no one has yet mentioned the "Ace Ventura" films.

Why have I not seen any more Monty Python movies? I loved "The Holy Grail" and only saw it mentioned a few times. Have any of you ever seen "And Now for Something Completely Different" or "The Meaning of Life"? There is no way you could not laugh at a singing lumberjack with a mounty chorus, or a holy handgrenade whose instructions are in the book of Armaments. Heck, I'm not even British!
p.s.- I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay. I sleep all night and I work all day...

My friends were OBSESSED with that movie. Dubbing really bugs me, so i couldn't really sit through the movie
I did see the director at a McDonalds once though. We should have talked to him, but my ex is a huge movie nerd, and was too embarrased i guess.
I love monty python, of course. Donnie Darko actually has some awesomely funny parts:
