Should we create a region for n00bs only, and call it something like n00bia?
That would be cool. I think that would only work if Mods assign people that they feel are n00bs to that region and don't let them leave until they have 100 posts and 100 million population.

personally i think thats a bad idea,as many nations go on off-site forums rather than this one as it allows more freedom,(assuming that nations couldn't "leave until they have 100 posts") Plus doing that (creating a noob region) is just plain insulting and may result in there being loads of nations that have been left abandoned due to them being stuck in some region,while other more older (but by no means more intellectual) are not.
Why dont you have a poll? that would be an option :?:
