Basically, i have a friend who has just started a Forum board and he needs members, he just 'opened' it today. I know this seems a kind of half-hearted effort to get members, but i mean. There's no harm in having a look at it.
At the moment he is using a Free server, but soon he is getting his own domain and server.

But beware, because its a free server for the minute, and free servers suck. The server often goes down, but for no longer than 3 minutes tops.
I hope you take a little bit of time to have a look at it.
