This is going to be the new main building on the WTC, along with all those other towers. You've prolly heard of it; it's going to be the tallest building at 1,776 ft

Is that going to be its name?

Yes, I;ve heard about it. I suppose future generations can look upon it in either hatred or inspiration depending how thise decade turns out.

Got a picture of how it's supposed to look like?
Overall, a good idea. It can serve either as a warning or an inspiration!

As long as its uber-resistant to any sort of terrorist attack, I think its a great idea. I imagine it would be pretty anti-terrorist fortified, since it would clearly be a major target.

but we can't design buildings that way. Engineers have already enough problems with the wind and wheather conditions up at 1,776 ft above Sea Level. Creating Anti-Extremist defenses on a skyscraper over 600 ft. Especcially in the middle of Manhatten Island is almost impossible.

I went over to see the WTC site when I was in New York a month ago, and it was just another run-of-the-mill construction site. Nothing special. Disappointing, really, putting up another skyscraper there. But I guess money has to be made.

And they're supposed to have the ceremonial groundbreaking on July 4th of 2007. (Not sure of year, positive of the day). I think they could make it a little less patronizing.

The name sucks, but that is a pretty sweet tower. I voted bad on the poll, but I would change my vote having seen it. It doesn't look like it will be as nice as the Trump Tower, though.

something should be done some sort of recognition like this. Hiroshima was far far worse but for example a monument is there as well I think we should have one for this also. Regardless I think all americans will remember this much like pearl harbor. I think this is a good idea

i like it the idea...but not what their doing... they are making it very Post modernist and the top like 3rd of the builidng will be empty and i don't like that...the original architect had a great design but they didn't want it...
