This is a thread where we can convince ourselves to go to bed, because it's almost 6 AM and have been posting all night and then must be able to function all day. Yet, as insane as it sounds.. I get going on the forums (probably with glee because they're actually working) and don't leave and go to bed like a normal human being..

I don't get to sleep when I want.. that's why I'm a complete nut for staying up all night.. I have two kids and a job.. what the hell am I thinking.. you know what it is.. it's my babies fault.. yep.. You see, I'm the type of person that if I get "over tired" I can't sleep. I was totally ready for sleep last night around 10 or 11PM.. (probably earlier) but I had to stay awake to do the late feeding of Holly after 1:30 AM.. then once I was done doing that.. I was wide awake.. I'm sure you don't care about my problems..lol But.. now I'm very over tired and just being silly.. and I am wondering if I should even bother to sleep now.. Some times when you sleep for just a couple of hours.. it's better if you had just not slept at all. That couple of hours can make you worse....

Ah, to be young and without responsibility again.. Let me tell you, if you have it, enjoy it!

Does the husband have the same problem with not being able to go to sleep if he stays up to late ? If not, have him do the late feeding.

No can do.. Hubby has to get up even earlier then I.. he takes the 6 AM feeding and gets our son dressed and ready for school/babysitter.. and he actually has to go to an office to work where there are people.. *gasp* My husband already does tons.. We just have to wait the baby out..lol

Oh well, it was a thought. It seems like you have a good husband, and he a good wife. I am sure you can survive this part of childhood again. I know it almost killed me, I need sleep and babies seem to take you being asleep as a personal insult. But soon they will sleep thru the night....Cool pillow and warm blanket, my dearest old friends.....

Yeah I'm tired of sleeping (mwahaha). I thought that my 4 years of insomnia was craptastic till I got on some meds that made me sleep all the time and I'll take another 4 years of insomnia again then sleeping all damn day.

I went unintentionally into a 'how long can Susan go for without sleep?' thing where I only slept 4 hours in 6 days only a few days before the evil Sandman reared his ugly head....that dastard.
