What I'm talking about is serious: The CIA funds terrorism with drugs (Iran-Contra, School of Americas) has a mind-control program (MK-ULTRA) and is converting old military bases into FEMA camps (REX 84)

Incidentally, I have investments in both canned-goods (Campbells, 57 shares), and firearms (shares in Mossberg, Colt, and Smith & Wesson). My returns have been much better than the investments in Boeing have been. I just wish I'd been old enough to buy into Microsoft back when it was cheap...

Though secret, it is not "brain controlling". It's responsible for the implementation of ECHELON, other services part of it are the NSA and CSE.
