1. Both voted for (or did not veto) the war in Iraq.

2. Both want to send more troops to Iraq.

3. Both want to impose democracy on Iraq instead of leaving the Iraqi people self determination.

4. Both support America’s empire building by supporting America having 135 military bases in foreign countries.

5. Both support forced national service and/or a military draft after the 2004 election.

6. Both voted for the Patriot Act, destroying the American Constitution.

7. Both support government amnesty in pollution issues, while knowing government is the largest polluter in America.

8. Both support the FCC controlling the public airwaves and America’s ensuing loss of free speech on the airwaves.

9. Both overspend and neither will cut spending. Their economic policies are bankrupting America.

10. Both fight against medical marijuana.

11. Both support Foreign aid, further bankrupting America.

12. Both support the welfare state further bankrupting America.

13. Both support the Federal Reserve System and fiat currency raising the cost of living to unsustainable heights for most Americans.

14. Both support government approval of marriage. They both believe marriage is a privilege granted by gov't, when in reality it is a right all human beings have.

15. Both support the federal government interfering in education. Education is a local matter.

16. Neither supports the intent of the 2nd Amendment.

17. Both support an immigration policy that will continue to bankrupt the American people as long as America is a welfare state.

18. Both are destroying the Bill of Rights.

19. Both belong to skull and bones.

20. Both support the income tax.

21. Both support draconian regulations on small business.

22. Both support unconstitutional search and seizure laws.

at that politicalcompass.org site, it showed kerry being quite right, but not as right as bush . . . the weird thing is that my campaign would match up closely to Sharpton and Kucinich . . . too bad they're both jokes IMO

One is right wing and the other is slightly more right wing. The difference is, one doesn't slaughter the english language.

Sense when is being Right-Wing a bad thing? Sad that Left-Wingers are so intolerant of other ways of looking at things.

He has not voted against a single defense proposal that has come through in, what, the last decade or so? Yes, he did vote against, spending a good $87 billion more on defense, but he has supported the development of most all modern weapons our military uses.

Dick Cheney, on the other hand...

(Please correct me, with evidence, if I'm wrong, of course.)

I always get that Right-Wingers are evil thing out of Liberals. We are not evil, we just have different ways of looking at things, nothing wrong with that.

To be fair, they could say the same thing about left-wingers. The difference is mainly -where- you'd rather freedom: Personal life, or economy?

Also, I think left and right wingers are equally intolerant of other beliefs.

I stand corrected. However, I do believe he's voted yes for quite a bit more than he's voted no on. For one, those 36 vetoed military projects, unless I am mistaken, were also voted against by John Ashcroft.
