My day as a Mod/Kudos to the Mods/Give the Mods a break

We all do alot of bitching about the Mods but they really do alot of unpaid. unthanked work in their own free time. I never really appreciated what it is they do until recently becoming a Moderator a Star Trek sim site. Now, I believe I was a mod before but the way the site is set up there are mods restricted to Moderating perticular forums etc. But that's not the point, since I became a Moderator with Admin powers I have had nothing but complaints. My inbox has never filled up so much with trivial crap, I really couldn't care if someone keeps calling you stupid! Perhaps it's because you just "roleplayed" and use that word lightly the arrival of two thousand ships you don't have, dumbass. And let's not forget the guy I accidently IP banned. After having to go through all of this in one day I applaud the mods.

Though for the record at least they don't have the responsablity of moderating RPs, now there is a job in and a half. Have you ever stopped to think what exactly GodModing is? I mean it's hard enough in a Modern Tech RP, but in a Trek RP...

Yeah, but all Star Trek weaponry is godmoder material. Having a wormhole generator which sucks enemy ships into stars' cores might be the upper end of n00bery in II, but in Star Trek, who is to say it isn't plausible. I would hate that job.
