Dreams

Has anyone ever had the dream where you fall, and continue falling without hitting the ground (although sometimes the ground is hit)? I'm sure you have, it is fairly common.

However recently I have been having dreams where I'm continuing going up. Like if you are on a bike, go up a ramp and instead of doing a jump, you continue going up, never reaching the zenith to start going down. You keep on going up, never slowing down but steadily go up and up and up, waiting to begin falling. But it never happens.

It has happened many times, in different circimstances. Cattapult, skateboard, diving-board on and on.

Am I the only one, or has anyone else had this dream? What does it mean?

Motorcycle, upramp onto a freeway that never ends. *fear of hieghts*

Yes, I've had similar dreams.

Any idea what it means?

I hardly ever dream (if I do I forget as soon as I wake up) yet I can remember the falling and hitting the ground dream from a long time ago.

I would guess *dreams aren't my stong point, I prefer numerology and tarot when I can bother* that it is my fear of hieghts and basic insecurity. Two major Bike accidents don't help.

Huh, I had two different nightmares this morning. None of them was about falling though. I don't think I've had a falling experiance in a dream in years. The last one I had was a bit scary: I was skiing ( I like to jump when I go downhill) and this time I had far too much speed when I took of from a jump. Sent me off a cliff I didn't see and I kept falling, realizing that the impact wouldn't be very soft...

I'd had flying dreams, they were great. And I'm pretty sure you can pick up a book on interpreting your dreams in a reasonable size bookshop.

I would. But I don't want to interprete all my dreams, just this one. It scares the bejeesus out of my. It is not like flying (as that implies control, I am captive to the inevitable force of gravity that will ultimately kick in). Also, I'm not scared of heights, so it cannot be that.

Hmm, obvious question: Are you under a lot of stress at the moment? Finals started? GCSEs soon? A-Levels maybe? They'll probably say it means you feel out of control about something.

Maybe, first year exams [Uni] soon.

You want a love to last forever
One that will never fade away
I want to help you with your problem
Stick around I say

Coming Up, coming up, yeah
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up, I say

You want a friend you can rely on
One who will never fade away
And if you're searching for an answer
Stick around, I say

Coming Up, coming up
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up, yeah

You want some peace and understanding
So everybody can be free
I know that we can get together
We can make it, stick with me

It's coming up, coming up
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up for you and me

Coming Up, coming up, I say
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up, I feel it in my bones

You want a better kind of future
One that everyone can share
You're not alone, we all could use it
Stick around, we're nearly there

Coming Up, coming up everywhere
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up for all to share

Coming up, yeah
Coming up, anyway
Coming up, like a flower
Coming up
