Guess what this says, and what code it is in.
Whoever can determine what this says, as well as what code it is written in, is one damn smart person:

Anybody care to venture a guess?
What, nobody knows? Aren't there any Polish NS players? (hint, hint)

On the basis of that hint I will venture a guess that it is something to do with the enigma machine.
Well, it contains vowels, so I guess it isn't written in Polish...
Hi, ho, nobody home, meat nor drink nor money have I none, yet I will be merry.

Care to go any further with that?

This is the enigma code (without spaces).

Is it? What does it say?
This is the enigma code (without spaces).
Damnit, I didn't think anybody would know that!
Congratulations!
How did you know?

I can't say I did it all by myself. Bodies Without Organs clued me into the enigma code, and then I found a website that translates the code.
I knew I shouldn't have put in the Polish line (For those who are wondering, Poland is the nation who broke the Enigma code. This was something America, Britain, the Soviet Union, and what was left of France couldn't do)

That's just because they got invaded and were able to smuggle a machine out...so, i guess congradulations to poland for getting invaded

Actually, they managed to break it several months before the Germans invaded them, and merely posessing an Enigma machine did not enable them to break the code. America, the Soviet Union, Britain, and France also had physical models, and it didn't help them. The complicated part is determining the type/number/settings of the rotors.

The poles didn't completely break the enigma code, but they did much of the initial work during the late 1930s, and the likes of Turing and Knox simply completed the final breakdown of the code, when the British recieved the information after the invasion of Poland.
According to my information, the Poles decrypted the Enigma code in 1934. I think you're referring to July 25, 1939 (mere months before the German invasion) when the Poles gave the French and the British replicas of Polish made Enigmas together with the drawings and information on the Enigma, Bomba and the decryption information. (The "Bomba" is an electromechanical programmable machine designed to facilitate decryption)
