Hmm, i went from cheese & onion to salt and vineger, and I think I might just be moving back to cheese & onion again. Yum.

This will probably be a more intelligent debate than most going on right now, so what the hell--I'm a salt and vinegar man, myself.

I'm convinced that people who eat Salt & Vinegar chips have self-loathing to work out, the same way people used to whip themselves.

They keep offering them to people to spread their seemingly 'healing' pain...

I must admit that salt and vinegar is never my first choice--I really like the thick-cut kettle chips with sea-salt, but given a choice between s&v or c&o, I go with the salt and vinegar.

Pringles are good, though I must admit that I was thinking specifically of McCoy's when I started the vote. Great pub crisps. mmmmmmm. Also, I'm really getting into the walkers sensations (which will be the subject of the next vote). The thai sweet chilli and the salt and cracked black pepper are outstanding crisps for flavo(u)*r and quality of crunch.

Crisps are great.

I think Americans (at least Homer Simpson) call prok sctratchings 'bacon rind'. Don't know if it tastes the same or what.
Scampi fries. Corn based snack flavoured with prawns and lemon juice. Mind, don't think it has ever seen a prawn or a lemon.
Bacon fries. Again corn based and taste like steaky (American style) bacon. Any way, what's with American bacon? How can you have abacon butty with all that fat and no meat?

http://www.cityofracine.com/business/images/wise_hpsauce.jpgThere's a pub in Palo Alto called the Rose and Crown that has brown sauce. I've never tried it, but I will next time I'm in there.

I find the idea of ultrafine processed cheese and onion dust sprikled on my chips a bit unappetizing. At least the salt and vinegar are actually what they claim to be.

Brannigans Ham and pickle are my fave, but S&V it has to be... And Golden Wonder are much better than Walkers, so much more flavour, especially pickled onion and worster sauce!

Salt & vinegar are zesty and stay crisp. Whatever they do with that cheese gunk makes the potatos chewy and soft. Ugh.
