I think they said a little something on the Activision's Call of Duty FAQ about getting sick

I have the game and love it, but since I unfortunately have 56k I don't even bother playing online.

I have it. But I have an illegal copy so I cannot play online. I play Counter-Strike because that game is better.

Counter-strike got me hooked for years. Quite frankly, it ruined my life.

There is no known solution for this issue. The visual input of the game moving radically conflicts with the other senses, which state the body is at a complete stand still. You can try sitting farther from the screen, but next to that there is really no other way of getting used to this problem. You may want to try playing for short amount of times as well to see if your body can slowly adapt to this.
H'm. Notice how they don't tell you to stop playing the game, period.
