What's the point of this thread? In my humble opinion it is nothing but an attempt to belittle and trivialize the Mormon faith, and, While I may not agree with Mormons myself (being Catholic and all) I think that is just blantant disrespect.. sure.. WE may think Magic Undies is funny, But Mormons take it Very Seriously!

Personally, these things just freak me out.To be perfectly honest, the Pope's hat freaks me out. Among other things.
Point is, for every group of people, there is something that someone else will find wierd. 'Tis to be expected.

Umm... you have a picture that is in no way related to the mormon garments you're talking about.

And I hope that the purpose of this thread is not disrespect... I can't see another purpose to it, but at this point it's not like the thread is bashing the LDS church any way it can, so it really doesn't seem like a deliberate attempt to be a jerk. More likely it was something he was thinking about and thought odd (and most do), wanted to say it was wierd but was afraid people would be offended by his doing so, and so when someone else mentioned it on some other thread he did it, all the thinking at a fairly subconscious level. I've done the same thing before, and I'm sure most everyone has.
