Honestly, I think she's one of the new generation of n00bs, the ones who will ultimately anger the rest of us to the point of abandoning NS 1 (see the "How do you think the NS world will End" thread on Forum 7). I don't know of anyone else who creates a new thread just to announce his/her arrival in NS...how pretentious.
Oh, and she (along with a few others, who will be named in the middle of a string of expletives) is taking the General forum to a new low...using it for mildly pornographic chat between 13-year old boys and her/her friends (nothing against that sort of thing, mind you, just that this is a game about POLITICS!!!!! there are other websites for whatever New Girl and her friends are after-they aren't hard to find).
