Personally, my favorite drinks are Sake, Rum and Vodka. Wine isn't really for me, especially dry wines. It gives me this feel like I'm drinking oil. Reds (Merlot for me) tend to have more body in my opinion, while whites (Cab. Sav. is my white of choice) are a little more crisp and clear. I prefer white, but reds do have their place.

Although I can see why some people are getting annoyed if they think that conversations like in the original thread concerning ExstasyxXx don't belong on NationStates, frankly I don't see the problem. After all, it's posted in General, which is 'discuss anything' by description - a simple conversation can't do much harm there.

Now, if it was posted in I.I. or NationStates then I would be able to see a problem, as it would most certainly not be the right place to post casual conversations. But unless I'm missing anything, it just seems people are getting angry over nothing.

Just my two cents from an impartial observer.
