Okay, firstly I'd like to get my shameless plug (link broken by mods) out of the way.
Now, the part of this post that actually matters, a review of the Game outwar and several reasons why I myself don't like the game and why I don't encourage you to try it.
Firstly, I'd just like to say that the entire game seems like a way to spread spam... growing in power only as people click a link which has ads up. To me this makes the game seem like an annoyance at best and is a good reason to not play. If people are going to get pissed off by your constant plugging then why would you want to play?
Now, of course the game is sorta fun, I'll admit. Then again, there are games that are similar and not spammish. (Utopia for example.) So the fun aspect of it is appealing and it has a sort of general story. (Yeah! you get to be a mobster, WOOOO!) Sarcasm aside, the idea of the game is good and entertaining.
The mechanics of the game are decent, allowing for a bit of fun to be had if you are willing to stick with it. While it does seem like a hybrid of Utopia and Nationstates, it certianly doesn't seem to have all the aspects and fun of either. Utopia had it's kingdoms, several powerful races, and your little kingdom seemed like it was doing something between raids. Nationstates has it's RPs, it's grand storylines, and allowed much more freedom in style.
Graphics? Hah! Like all similar games it's text based and has only a few icons to click.
Sound? Nah, it doesn't have any of that... A shame.
Overall, if you like the game you're already playing don't bother. Then again if you like a game that spamming helps you gain rank and is less team oriented thatn Utopia give it a go. 2 out of 5.
