no. girls and guys can be friends. the majority of my friends are girls and there are very few of them that i find atractive in that way.

I think a lot of it is based on social expectations, not biology.

In some countries women are expected to be the "predator", with "only one thing on their minds", and so, of course, they feel natural playing that role.
