My country's utter lack of prisons
How can I get prisons? I don't see any way. I tried choosing all kinds of crazy stuff, my police force went on a recruitment drive and everything, but crime is still pervasive because there are no prisons. Is there no "We should build more prisons" issue? cause there should be

It all has to do with how you voted on things on that initial quiz thing. Maybe you can fix it in time.

Heh, I outlawed private enterprise more than 6 months ago and prisons about three. There's no way to get either back it seems. Still, with only 1% income tax, the business is doing extremely well. Some kind of Comunistic utopia or whatnot. :?

I had pretty bad crime until I had the youths learn karate. That really cut down on it.

Whereas I have compulsory gun ownership, legalized drugs, and no social welfare, but great education. Crime is unheard of.
