I just made my 10 yr old cousin her own hotmail email address, and I configured it so she only can get emails from her contact list, which is family such as me, and her close friends.

If you're going to say that hotmail isn't safe for kids, you probably could say that the internet in general isn't safe for kids. Which it probably isn't.

The internet isn't safe for anyone. With all those damn viruses out there it's a bloody hazard.

The first week I setup my hotmail account, I recieved about 3 emails inviting me to porno sites..... :lol:

The web or hotmail isn't safe for anyone but evryone has to go into the real world but. Some just go into it thriugh the web. Alto safer if you ask me.

well, if you want safety on the net...invite her to nationstates. we will also send her insane at no extra cost :D

There's danger on the net, yeah sure, but adults can fall into the same trap as children. And face it - they'll have to deal with porn at some point in their lives!
