Ok, say that somehow, you found out that your nation was truly a REAL LIVE NATION in an alternate reality. That it's actions are based on what YOU say and RP everyday (or so). That it falls or rises based on YOUR actions. That it bans what you bans, elects who you put into power, war with whoever you war with.

And yes, godmods whenever you godmod. But it also blows up into a trillion pieces when it gets deleted!

Would you treat your nation differently? Leave NS perhaps? What would you do?

I'd delete it and create a new world. hehe.

Make conservative policies the norm, unlike the current liberal policies.

I think my nation would be a smutty paradise, where the population either live in fear of my Stealth kamikaze Exploding Chickens (national animal) or they have already fried meat that just falls out of the sky.

If my nation were in an alernate universe then God help them. My nation is a desolate war ridden wasteland with no citizens. If that actually did exist, I pity the rulers. Hey, then that would mean I am a ruler and I would kick some major ass. Then again, I would only have soldiers to rule.

Probably a decent place to live, even if you weren't a Christian, though you prabably wouldn't go very far if you were a politician. Not that we don't allow non-Christian politicians, but the people are now mostly about 60% Christain and are ruled by a foriegn theocracy. A little crowded maybe.

I don't rp, so it would survive that at least. However, it doesn't seem to matter what decisions I make on issues, taxes go up whether I dismiss or decide, I get the same issues repeatedly (even when I select a position) and occassionally things happen for no reason I can determine (ummm, the police got satelite guided truncheons! and all the people moved into treehouses). Oh, and population increases ridiculously fast. So I guess if I discovered it was real elsewhere, I'd ignore all the issues and let them handle it themselves. I'd just have to check in to make sure they didn't hack down my lush forests or kill off my Dzangian Wildcats. 8)

Well, if I could get some political issues and improve the supposedly lowish political freedoms (I haven*t seen as issue that woulkd help me improve that in several weeks) I think I would very much like to live there.

Well, I would be working overtime to advance my nation's technology with the aim of building starships and moving to a very isolated planet and off this war torn (and most likely glowing green by now from all the nukes) ball of rock that we like to call NS Earth.

In the meantime I would be trying to restore some sort of order to the wilder parts of the country and be trying to avoid war even more than usual.

I'd hate to live in my country if it were real. I'd love ruling it, but I'd probably die if I actually lived in it. It's pretty brutal.

If my nation were real I'd be deeply concerned the private sector which used to be dominated by Retail has slid to the depths of the Pizza Industry.

That and the fact that I have thousands of Dr Jeyll/Mr Hydes running about.... in a forest.

My nation is a capitalist's paradise. No tax rates, no crime rates, one of the strongest economies in the world. But if freedoms are your cup of tea, the Sdaeriji is not for you.

Arizona Nova is a freewheeling corporate paradise that rarely squelches political freedoms, but as a result it is a "barren wasteland" with lots of money. Nominor, my other favorite, is an ecological paradise but almost flat broke. Decisions, decisions.

My people would be absolutely sex-mad, having gone from 5 million to 1 billion in a matter of months. As a result, I'd move there immediately!

Callisdrun... not a very good economy, but hey, the economy is only a means to an end anyway. The end is a high standard of living.
I'd probably do basically what I do now, and then get some really warm clothes (in my RP, Callisdrun has a climate similar to northern Norway, and because of weather, the sun only shines 60 days out of the year at most) and try to get there somehow.

Probably succeed in that whole world domination thing. Incredibly powerful economy, some of the smartest citizens around, and an army that could put the US to shame ten times over. Or get large imports of radiation by way of nuclear weaponry.

I would be fairly happy with my nation as per the issues decided the way I've decided... however, I would have to say I'd probably cut back on the military spending. The NS world on the whole is too militarized, and I've had to keep up to a certain extent just to play along without Tahar Joblis getting invaded, nuked, bombarded, etc.

Assuming sensible national leaders, not many people would be interested in attacking Tahar Joblis, but that's not the case in NationStates....

Although Tahar Joblis is not a very rich country, it would be a wonderful place to live. :D Particularly considering the manner I've RPed it in.
