What is a Traditional Viking Feast? I know they needed beer. Rolls in kegs. What else?

hmm.. im not sure but id guess lots of roasted meat

and buxom blonde wenches of questionable virtue and generous affections.

I'm sure they had women...

and pickled herring, and korv, and rice pudding and plenty of white sauce on everything

my gf is icelandic, and their idea of a feast is to kill a shark (possibly with their bare hands), wrap it in herbs and spices (not unlike dead jesus) and bury it at least 6 feet under ground in sand for roughly seven years. Then they dig it up and eat it. No joke.

next up on the icelandic list of delicacies is hard fish

basically, they dehydrate raw salted fish and eat it like potatoe chips. mmmmmmm.... hard fish....
