Id have to say I have a severe lack of a glass

soda. anytype of soda. well, almost. diet sodas are a no-no, as well as caffine(sp?) free. And a wee bit of ice.

If it isn't full, and isn't empty, but somewhere in between, then it clearly deserves its own description of state, rather than a likening towards either extreme.
I suggest 'mefty'.

Beer, and if it doesn't come in a bottle it definately gets poured into a glass.

I'd have to say that it depends on the direction it's going. Although, i am liking the "mefty" idea...hmm......anyway, who cares, as long as there's something in it...

You must have never lived in the southern US.

All soda pop there is called "Coke" (even though most of it is Dr. Pepper) and all of it is consumed with vast quantities of crushed ice.

I was even served milk with crushed ice, which was quite a surprise.

Add a Moon Pie, and you've got a meal.

Mine is a large mug, filled as frequently as possible with hot Colombian coffee(fair trade if possible), hazlenut liquor, and cream.
