If the Bush administration is responsible for the second World Trade Center attack and the Madrid bombings, then was the Clinton administration responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, which was designed to bring down at least one tower, and the U.S embassy bombing in Kenya, which killed 213 people in 1998? ~ Michael.
