Where would you rather work?

I think im going to go on a work abroad program next fall, and im wondering what people think is the nicest country, or better work environment, etc. It's really hard to decide, though i'm definatly leaning towards a country that speaks english, im terrible with languages.

I should point out that Scotland and Ireland (well part of it anyway)
are part of Britain, as is Wales (check out the thread " I hate the English" for full update on that one!) so thats only 2 choices really. Australia if you don't like shitty weather, the UK if you don't like Sunburns!

in britain we have a decent minimum wage and strict working condition laws, however i couldn't really say because i don't know what it's like in Australia/New Zealand

the weather isn't actually that bad in Britain

I would say New Zealand or Australia.
