"Against All Enemies"
I find it interesting, how much hypocracy is in Clarke's book. For example, Clarke says that Bush dawdled on the issue of terrorism. Bush only QUADRUPLED funding to antiterrorism.
In this forum, I would like for the discussion to remain on the topic of Clarke vs. Bush.
Final note: For accuracy's sake, one vote per person, not one vote per nation per person. Nobody gains anything or proves anything by rigging the poll.

But it's not fun if the poll isn't rigged.

Did Clarke say this [refering] before 9/11, and when did Bush 4x the anti-terrorism budget.

I'm British, which should explain why I don't understand. Could you give some suggestions for sites to visit?
