Depends. Fish in a fridge = cooler than a dinosaur in, say, Barbados. But stick the dino in a deep freeze, and robert is the brother of you mother or father.

dinos are the coolest, why can't u see that? most fish are so dumb they just die after they're born kinda like wacko people who like computers. dinosaurs also survived, i got this wang-a-gator in my back yard, and he eats fish! i've never seen a fish eat a dinosaur. thats why i'm so cool, i eat fish too! and if you eat fish, then you're cooler than them. but i never ate a dinosaur, so they're the shitzzle.

It would depend on what kind of fish. For example, seahorses are very cool.

By the way I am one of Athine's many puppet nations. Originally there were five of us which contained the word "seahorse". Two were given away and the other two ceased to exist.

It depends.
On average, dinosaurs are larger, and fish being cold blooded, it doesn't matter that we don't know whether dinosaurs were thermoregulators or conformers, your average dinosaur would have more total heat than would your average fish.
However, considering that dinosaurs are extinct (or, at least, a lot less widespread, which even the nuttiest of whackjobs would agree with), the sum of all heat in fish probably beats the total heat in dinosaurs by at least a few orders of magnitude.
However, since fish have gills, which open up new and fascinating ways to kill them and make them suffer, I vote fish. Try and suffocate a T-rex by dragging it backwards.
