Could the alliance possibly negotiate with the rodents near me?

I have never done anything to them.

Example, I was walking on my sidewalk towards the garage, and a large rock was dropped from a nearby tree, it landed a few inches from my head, and I heard scurrying and the chittering of squirrels.

I have no idea why they're trying to harm me, could they possibly be the taliban of the rodent kingdom?

At last i have found you, the solution to my nations problems.
Firstly i apologise for the poor handwriting, you have no idea how hard it is to write with hooves. Secondly we wish to join your alliance. I know what your thinking, yes we are a nation of fluffy moo cow but we are actually all gophers trapped in a fluffy moo cows bodies. And its not trapped like that guy was trapped in Moby Dick's stomach, more like i have a gophers brain and a fluffy bovine body. We dont even eat grass for gods sake!! I eat only nuts and if i get really hungry i eat bark. As i have a cows body i am unable to climb trees so i have to wait for the nuts to fall before i can eat them. Therefore I emplore the members of your Mighty Alliance to knock nuts to the ground when they feed and we will then be able to eat. Im sure our State would be a worthy addition to the Alliance as our populace could be used as transports with huge numbers of Rodents being able to sit on our backs or heads or even hang from our oversized udders. We are handy in a fight, especially as the rest of you are so diminutive. I hope you will take my application on board and I beg for your acceptance on behalf of the nation of FluffyMooCows. If you do accept my application ill be the cow with the long braided pink hair standing under an oak tree looking mournfully at the acorns just out of my reach.

What are your official regional policies?
Friends and members of the Rodent Alliance are encouraged (though not required) to move to the region. If any enemies of the Alliance move in, they will be likely to face frequent incursions upon their agriculture from hungry rodents. Posting messages like "I eat rodents for breakfast!! lol!!1!" will get one thrown out.
So far, that's all I've really planned for it. Do you have any specific policy questions?
