well not really sure about that...given the car bombings and such that did not seem to happen under Saddam...
still on the flip side they are able to vote. that is the only bright point in the entire episode it seems...

sadly it was not that many weeks ago there was yet another car bomb in Baghdad...but I understand that the death toll this year is seemingly reducing...
is it? we won't know until the Iraqi's are running their own country on their own. Personally I can see a rerun of the Mid East SOP...
