i wish i could tell more people about this book. it is a great book. i think every member of this sight should read it, altho highly unlikely. It would be nice for ne person here who has read it to give some comments
oh and if you have any questions feel free to ask i will be checking up on this thread every now and then

It's short for 'any person' and I have a strong feeling that you actually figured it out either from 'sounding it out' or by the context in which it was used. There is not need to jump all over a typo or internet abreviation.

well i would assume it is a person from Nazi Europe as this is the abb. they use for there region
