No, and not because she "can't act."
Jolie, unlike other fine pieces of ass, can act, and has won awards for it.
However, I had on some show the other day that called her one of the most expensive actresses in hollywood. Surely Jennifer Government wouldn't want to put up that kind of cash and have the movie be focused more on "Jennifer's" ...ahem...lips than the story itself.
