Uncle Wriggles Cabin

I recently finished the book but unlike most of you I got it from the library.
Which saved me about $21.

The book was great so if you cant decide if you want to buy it. Get it from the library.

I got my book from a shop and it only cost £6 (which is probably about $10).
25-04-2004, 05:55
The book is twice the price I pay for my normal books. And the fact I'm not stinkin rich just about ruins it. I'll see if I can find it in the Library, if it's as good as what everyone claims, then I shall buy it. But it IS really pricey T___T...

I hired it from the library first, read it, loved it, read it again, renewed it, read it another 2 times, then the library people really wanted it back, so I went and bought it for, like Catholic Europe said, £6, about $10.

I believe an Ebook stands for electronic book, its a book that you can read on you're computer, I got it in HTML state but then I transmogrified it into a nice pdf, for easy printing at Kinko's

I got it from Waterstones, read it in 5 hours (sorry... started when sitting on a seat outside Waterstones, then carried on when on the bus, and finished it when I got home!) and paid £6.99. The most I've ever spent on a book, I might add :P

I either go to the library, or get them in second hand stores, car boot sales, charity shops. Most of the new books I've got I've been given.

I only very rarely go into a bookshop, and then only when I want a specific book, like Jennifer Government :P

I bought the book (before it came out in paperback). I was intrigued by the cover, and I liked the description on the back. I read it and it scared the hell out of me, way more than Brave New World or 1984, because it doesn't seem far fetched. I came accross this site when I looked up Max to see if he was writing a sequel or something similar. I can't wait to see how my nation turns out!
