Hey, did you make that with one of those waffle iron things? Because we made shirts like that in applied tech. If you did, did you get it yourself? And if you got it yourself, how much did it cost? Because making your own T-Shirts whatever you want would be so totally.

You ought to pick up a copy of Jennifer Government to find out the actual reason. It's a fun read. As far as I can tell the PRP/NPO does not kill kids or eat babies.
