Well, films are converted into games much more than books, so maybe somebody will pick up the film licence for a game and make a lame third person action game.
Or! You could make a cool fan-made RPG set in the world of Jennifer Government but not strictly based on the book.

Nah, see this is a promotional game type thing that is loosely related to Jennifer Governent.
What they/we want is a game based on the book where you can play as the characters in the situations from the book.
And to whoever was going to make a fan-game: You should be ok copyright wise as long as you dont sell it for money and just give it away free for download.

there arent any real big battle scenes in the book, other than the showdown at burger king/ macdonalds towards the end where Billy NRA hits on the burger king chick.

Possibly the assasination of the Seargent Pearcy Police guy. But thats about it.
