I thought the book was good but couldn't help getting the feeling that it was written as a movie pitch. The humor in it was amazing though.

I really enjoyed Jennifer Government! I bought it and I read it whenever possible! It was one of the best books I ever read, just as good as Syrup. :!:

I ain't going to waste my time with some far-fetched, semi-sci fi trash. 1984 depicted the ultimate communist society. Maybe Max Barry got his inspiration to write Jennifer Government as a novel about the ultimate capitalist society.

That doesn't mean that it is trash. I myself thought that, but then I read it and it was bloody good. :P
