I think Qaaol means because of incidents like this one, in which a journalist (and perhaps soon to be Hollywood people) first doesn't do his/her research, then doesn't realize the intentional satire of Max' name change for the publication of Syrup. :P

I was in a newspaper as a little kid, and the amateur reporter who covered the story misqouted me so bad it wasn't even funny. They also got my age wrong. Today when you do a search for my first and last name, that is the top article that comes up. (I wasn't thirteen you moronic reporters, I was nine. And I said "Native American" not "Indian". There are other things too, but I don't want you guys figuring out my last name. As it is search for "Luke Indians 13" turns up 52000 documents, so I'm safe.)
