IC: We don't need a president; we already have a secretary-general (www.nswiki.net/index.php?title=Catherine_Gratwick). And I fear what she would do to this new president if we tried to appoint one in her place.

The Secretariat has already made time to know far, far more about WA members than they would be comfortable with knowing it knows, if they knew.
