Dearest fellow Nation State,

The Holy Republic of Social Federalists wants to bring a proposal before the World Assembly for Social Justice and Economics. It would be of great humility, if you could endorse and pass this resolution to others to be reviewed and submitted to the World Assembly. Debate and commit on the following proposal would be of great use. Please consider and respond. Thank-you.

With great humbleness and humility:

Prime Chancellor of the Holy Republic of Social Federalists

WORLD ASSEMBLY PROPOSAL:

The Economic and Social Justice Council of the World Assembly

A resolution to increase the quality of the world’s Economic and Social Stability, at the expense of unity and selfless sacrifice of Nationhood.

Category: Economics and Social Justice

Industry Affected: All Nation States of the World Assembly

Proposed by: The Social Federalists

Description:

Article I – Recognition and Realization

RECOGNITION for a need of balance between the advances of economics and social justice, and the actual forefront of implementation of economic stimulation and regulation of social justice (in regards to personal prosperity within each government); An oversight Council for Social and Economic Justice needs to be formed. (In short: ESJC-WA [The Economic and Social Justice Council of the World Assembly.])

REALISING that the World Assembly, as a ‘chief and sovereign governing body’ and ‘primitive aid’ to the international community as a whole, has a ‘required and imminent responsibility’ to help explore and protect the environment and its resources.

Article II - The Economic and Social Justice Council of the World Assembly [ESJC-WA]

The World Assembly hereby creates the Economic and Social Justice Council of the World Assembly [ESJC-WA], as a neutral and honourable organization, for the benefit of progressive economics and social justice within the diverse ‘Assemblage of Nations’.

Article III-The Aims and Activities of the ESJC-WA

Section A) The ESJC-WA shall conduct research to identify and resolve economic and social justice issues and resolutions (for the benefit to all Nation States in the World Assembly).

Section B) The ESJC-WA shall publish records of all its findings and activities and make them public, ‘after extensive review and approval for release’.

Section C) There shall be an annual conference of ‘all’ the Nation States of the World Assembly, to assess the overall implementation and success or declination of implemented Economic and Social Justice Resolutions and Protocols, focused on the individuality and collective script of each Nation State.

Section D) Nation States are urged, with slight pressure, to assist ESJC-WA research and implementation within their own country. However, members must avoid (at all reparable costs) putting pressure upon the investigators and ‘writers of resolution and protocol’, so that ESJC-WA work is without bias and complication.

Section E) The ESJC-WA has the supreme and full authority (by continual and perpetual approved mandate of the World Assembly), to monitor the economics and social justice within the international territory of the individual countries of World Assembly members. All investigations and protocol-resolution mandates and mediations (including studies) shall be carried out legally in accordance with international and national law.

Section F) Based upon the facts made clear in the governing of the individual Nation States, the ESJC-WA shall discuss and debate goals or limits to be aimed for by particular nations or by the World Assembly as a whole. The progress of nations to whom particular goals or limits have been suggested will be monitored and governments are strongly urged to cooperate with the activities of the Council.

Article III- Funding of the ESJC-WA

Section A) Funding for the ESJC-WA shall come directly and at times indirectly from the World Assembly.

Section B) When indirect funding is used, it shall be heavily regulated and shall not be moved to a bias position of one particular Nation State.

First thing is that there is no such category. There is a Social Justice category, which is what you may be thinking of.

Change "Assemblage" to "Assembly." It reads better.

Article III-The Aims and Activities of the ESJC-WA

Section A) The ESJC-WA shall conduct research to identify and resolve economic and social justice issues and resolutions (for the benefit to all Nation States in the World Assembly).

Remove the part I colored red.

Section B) The ESJC-WA shall publish records of all its findings and activities and make them public, ‘after extensive review and approval for release’.

Who does the review?

Section C) There shall be an annual conference of ‘all’ the Nation States of the World Assembly, to assess the overall implementation and success or declination of implemented Economic and Social Justice Resolutions and Protocols, focused on the individuality and collective script of each Nation State.

This part is actually illegal. I would change it to be just some committee.

D) Nation States are urged, with slight pressure, to assist ESJC-WA research and implementation within their own country. However, members must avoid (at all reparable costs) putting pressure upon the investigators and ‘writers of resolution and protocol’, so that ESJC-WA work is without bias and complication.

I know this needs to be changed, but I can't think of how...

Remove the red part. Also, I think the national laws bit will get you in some trouble. People will just make it illegal to have studies.

Some would yell about national sovereignity, but I don't see this really infringing it. Just warning you.

So far, so good.
