Not that I have been drafting something...
But just out of curiosity, what category would a space resolution fit into?
Would anyone actually be interested in a space resolution?

YES I AM TALKING ABOUT OUTER SPACE!

Surely it depends on what effect this resolution would have, what do you mean by a "space resolution" ?

It depends.

The right to claim territory on celestial bodies would probably fall under "advancement of industry" or "free trade."

Granting Colonists on celestial bodies the rights of citizens would fall under "human rights"

Putting lazars (yes, that is the proper Nistraphian spelling) in space to defend against nuclear attack would fall under "international security"

There are many ways this could go.
