Astholm would like to propose free trade for the following manufacturers to all WA nations.

These automotive manufacturers are Astholm's own, and we export them to over 60+ countries, but so far none within the WA nations.
This is the list:

Celsan
Cytren
Fiat-Salbruz
Karan
Kulsah-Buick
Kulsah-Chevrolet
Kulsah-Peugeot
Kulsah-Toyota
Kaldstan-Volkswagen

NOTE: The Kulsah- and Kaldstan- prefixes refer to the region where these vehicles are built. They are not the same as the manufacturers they take their name from.

We propose the following:

That exports are unrestricted.
A right for all WA nations automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturers to establish factories in Astholm
Standards of safety for automobiles that are WA-compliant.

OOC:

1/. Mentioning specific makes of automobile (or of anything else) in a WA proposal would be classed as 'brandng', which is against the WA rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465), and so would mentioning any particular nations as the sources of those goods.
2/. We've already got a 'Free Trade' resolution (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14283248&postcount=28) of verrry wide scope that would cover this point, so your proposal would also be illegal for 'duplication'.

But "WELCOME!", anyway...

Sorry... I'm new to this World Assembly :)-

I only mentioned specifics to avoid plagiarism accusations.

OOC: Hey, we were all new once...
and at least you had the sense to post your idea for comments here, first, before actually submitting it. :)

Check the rules and the passed resolutions, come up with another (more legal) idea, and I and others will -- assuming we find the basic concept that's involved acceptable as a matter for international legislation -- be happy to help you get it into shape.

Why don't you draft a free trade agreement for all areas of industy instead of just automotive?
Because of this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14283248&postcount=28)?

In the back of my mind, I knew there was a resolution already covering this, I just didn't check. That, and I didn't catch the line in you first. Eyes are playing tricks on me as of late.
