This may just be because I am relatively new to NationStates, but I haven't been able to find any formal constitution for the World Assembly. I am able to find bits and pieces of information about its structure and processes, but nothing substantial gathered in one place. If there is a formal constitution, then could someone point me to it. Or, if there isn't one I think that someone more knowledgeable than me about the WA should write one.

There is a constitution honoured Ambassador, it is contained in several documents as the constitutions of many states and organisations are.
