I just want to ask a few questions regarding some concerns i may have as being the member of WA.
In anyway does WA have any jurisdiction regarding the budget of each nation?? which includes military spendings, law and order, health care, social welfare and such??
And being the member of WA, will there be any positive or negative effect regarding the economy, economic and gdp growth of a nation??

The WA can't pass a Resolution trying to set specific tax rates within the member nations, because that aspect of the game is basically controlled by your answers to issues... but when a Resolution passes it has some effects on all of the member-nations, which can affect these values. As far as I know_
'International Security' resolutions increase spending on military & police, whereas 'Global Disarmament' resolutions decrease this.
'Free Trade' proposals improve the economy, so that the same tax-rate will allow you higher levels of spending on everything, whereas 'Environmental' resolutions worsen it. 'Advancement of Industry' resolutions probably boost economies, too, but we haven't had enough of those yet for me to be sure of the details.
'Social Justice' resolutions increase spending on 'welfare'.
'Education and Creativity' resolutions can increase spending on relevant matters, depending on their actual 'area of effect'.
'Furtherment of Democracy', 'Political Stability', 'Human Rights' and 'Moral Decency' resolutions don't have any direct effects on economies, tax rates or government budgets.
